Pet Contract
The puppy sold pursuant to the terms of this agreement is as follows:

I the Buyer agree that said
puppy will not be used for breeding purposes. Buyer agrees to spay/neuter the puppy before it reaches
of age.
Buyer agrees to supply
Seller with a veterinarian's letter by certified mail as proof of neuter/spay. The letter must state the owners first and
last name, D.O.B, Sex, coloring/markings, breed and date of spay/neuter.
If buyer fails for
any reason to spay/neuter this puppy and provide proof to the seller by
of age, the contract becomes null and void and buyer will be required to pay the difference between the "Pet" price and the
"Breeders" price .
Or seller has the right to take immediate possession of the dog and have it spayed/neutered by their veterinarian. Transportation
and lawyer fees (if applicable) in return of the dog to the seller shall be the responsibility of the buyer. Copies of all
receipts will be provided to the buyer. Upon payment of these receipts (Which shall include the seller transportation and
lodging), the dog will be returned to the buyer. Should receipts not be paid within 30 days, the owner shall sign the ownership
of the dog back over to the seller.
