The new puppy that you are purchasing is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale. This puppy has been brought up with love and care and is meant to bring you joy and companionship. Every effort has been made to ensure that our pups come from healthy parents and have been nurtured lovingly to provide you with a healthy and happy pet.   Buyer agrees to have this puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 2 (two) weeks of receiving the puppy to make this contract valid. If ever a replacement is deemed necessary due to a life threating or genetic defect, I will replace the puppy with another of the same value (at buyer's expense, i.e....shipping). There are NO CASH REFUNDS. Should a death occur due to a life threatening or genetic defect during the first year, an autopsy must be preformed by a licensed veterinarian and a copy of such report forwarded to seller before determining if a replacement will be made. All expenses are the Buyer's responsibility including the shipping of a replacement pup.   Should the said puppy for any reason, not fit into your family lifestyle and the puppy needs a new home, the seller ( breeder ) reserves first right of option to purchase the puppy back at the rate of value of the puppy at the time of sale. Any expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the puppy's owner, not the breeder. Should any legal, court or collection fee's incur, this expense will be the responsibility of the owner of the puppy, not the breeder.   All puppies are pet quality, and are SOLD on a Non-Breeding contract and must be Spayed/Neutered by                    of age. Purchaser agrees to supply seller with a veterinarians letter by certified mail as proof of neuter/spay.  We represent our puppies as beautiful loving pets only.  Fertility of said puppy, male or female, is not guaranteed as these puppies are adopted as quality pet puppies not for breeding.     People often want to know the exact size, color or personality of a puppy when it is grown. However, Seller can make an educated guess based upon the parent's characteristics and personality, as well as previous litters. For this reason, I make no claims as to the mature size, colour or disposition of said puppy and no other claims or agreements about this puppy's development, unless noted below the seller's name.      A lot of care, love and time has been given to this puppy prior to its adoption.    I hope you will enjoy your new puppy for many years to come.         BY PURCHASING, I THE BUYER, HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO THE CONTRACT.
